I’m Pam.

For over 25 years I’ve been on a journey of discovery about the interconnectedness of mind, body and soul through my experience with teaching fitness and physical wellness.

And every day, I’m reminded that the body really is the source of all knowledge, and I believe that every time we work out, we’re returning to a state of balance vital to our wellbeing.

Allow me to guide you through mindful exercise and body movements, to simply achieve the best version of you.


Strength & Stretch

This is a unique workout to ensure your health, fitness and wellbeing are maintained and enhanced through my body sculpting exercise. We do this through functional training, mat and floor work using low weights and working through all the muscle areas of the body. As an added bonus, your posture will improve with stretching and with the mindful work we do around the joints.

It is suitable for the health and fitness needs of all ages. My promise is you will experience somatic* awareness and a fabulous sense of wellbeing which increases with every class.


Nia is a movement practice designed around the intelligence of the body, and is now enjoyed by millions throughout the world. Currently, I hold a blue belt instructor’s licence and it would be my pleasure to introduce you to what is also known as the Joy of Movement.

Each workout uses the nine movement forms from the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts, set to soulful music. Practised barefoot, you’ll experience mindful mood guidance and somatic* education.

We call Nia the body’s way to fitness, health and wellbeing.

Grey Matters

Are you a…middle-ager, a golden-ager or still feel like a teenager?

Then these classes are just for you.
They are based on my Strength & Stretch classes but with a little more focus on muscle areas, joints and breathing.

You will leave the session feeling energised, strong and capable. 

These classes are for Seniors who know they need to move but haven’t known how to start. Or would like to increase their strength & stamina.
